Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand broad patterns such as page views, where visitors arrived from and how quickly the site performs. This helps us keep the site useful and reliable.

The service is enabled through the Cloudflare Pages project that hosts this site. It is designed to be privacy-first: it does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to track people across websites. We look at aggregated reporting, not individual visitor profiles.

We do not use advertising pixels, a separate tracking service or a cookie-consent banner.

Email enquiries

If you send an email enquiry, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to reply to you, arrange an introductory chat or discuss the business problem you contacted us about.

Introductory emails are our main record of enquiries. We do not put enquiries into a website database, contact form or customer-relationship system at this stage. We do not sell or rent your contact details.
